Rates

28' X 14' w/12' tall door: $270 per month

45' X 14' w/14' tall door: $440 per month

50' X 14' w/14' tall door: $475 per month

50' X 14' w/14' door pull-through: $500 per month

56' X 14' w/14' door pull-through: $560 per month

Facility

 

 

BUILDING A: 14’ x 50’ units with 14’ tall roll-up doors at south end with 16’ walls.

BUILDING B: 14’ x 50’ units with 14’ tall roll-up doors at both ends of units with 16’ walls.

BUILDING C: 14’ x 28’ units with 12’ tall roll-up doors at east end with 14’ walls.

BUILDING D: 14’ x 45’ units with 14’ tall roll-up door at north end with 16’ walls.

BUILDING E: Two units of 14’ x 28’ units with 14’ tall roll-up doors at west end with 16’ walls. Five units of 14’ x 56’ with 14’ tall roll-up doors at both ends of units with 16’ walls. These five units have the ability to be divided into two separate units.

BUILDING F: 14’ x 28’ units with 12’ tall roll-up doors at east end with 14’ walls.

All units are currently occupied.
